Just got done getting a bearing race out of the FSAE car. If you can jig up a press to get it out that will be the easiest and cheapest method. On the the fsae car we were unable to get the press in there so we welded a plate to the race and then broke all of the welds with the press. In the end I used a small dremel to cut into the race in several placed to releve stress and then it poped right out.
