I emailed Gus yesterday about the issues, and his response:

"Well, Toby told me he was going to move the site to a new server, but
didn't tell me exactly when; I also postponed all new development of the
new site because of this. He didn't tell me anything, but I'll check
with him.

I'll let you know what's happening."

Hopefully we'll know more soon. Stay tuned...
