H&R touts their spacers as being hubcentric which is true for the inside hole, but their 5mm and 8mm versions are so thin they don't have the raised collar that extends into the centerbore of the wheel like their thicker 15mm and 20mm versions do. So while all their spacers are hubcentric to the car's hub, the 5 and 8mm ones won't center the wheel like the 15 & 20mm's do so i coined the phrase "double hubcentric" to describe the 15 & 20 mm spacers since they center the wheel as well as centering on the hub. I often run 5mm spacers on the front of my E30 and they push the wheel out just far enough that the centerbore doesn't engage the car's hub and i almost always get a shimmy through the steering wheel. When i remove the spacers the wheels become hubcentric again and the shimmy goes away completely.

Here's a pic of all the H&R Spacers, notice how the thinner ones don't have the raised collar that's so important.

Alternately, i used a set of 15mm spacers on the rear of my new Jetta 1.8T to get rid of that goofy narrow-track look they have on the rear - it pushed the stock wheels out enough to give it a more muscular look in the rear and it worked out great because that raised collar keeps the wheel perfectly centered. I've had the car up to 135 mph and i get no vibration or rear shimmy whatsoever. I've also driven a 325i with VW wheels and H&R 15mm spacers and there was no shimmy on that car either. That raised wheel collar is very important !
