If you can take the wheels off and clean the disks, that would be best. If you drive the car and there is a lot of paint on the rotors, it might compromise the pads ie gum them up.
It should be relatively reasy to pull the wheels and quickly sand off the overspray onthe disks...better safe than having to replace pad$ ;)
