Well what we know so far is the division seems to be over the "tree" format versus the "flat" format. I posted a suggestion on Jordan's forum whereby some sort of frame or window can be used to display new messages? It might not be too practical but its in the direction of a compromise for those who don't like the "flat" look and those like me who are down for whatever...
