Sorry, been busy. The M tech spoiler mounts to the lower valance and has nothing to do with the bumper itself. You can run an aluminum bumper, plastic bumper or M technic bumper if you wish. I got the spoiler from Eric Lukas some time ago and it's OEM. The shocks just have to be drilled with drain the pressurized fluid out so they can be compressed which brings the bumpers inward. It's great for improving the look of the car but it also renders the shocks useless. The reason I did it is because the shocks only protect the body in minor collisions and early euro counterparts had even smaller aluminum bumpers so I figured why not.
