should i consider spring pads in the rear?

here's what i got...
'89 325i
eibach pro kit
bilstein hd's
-front will be modified for more spring travel
-according to bilstein, both sports and hd's have same travel

spring pads... think my rear will sag too much? how many spring pads? what depth? where do i get 'em? how much?
