Subject: Torque figures for the strut? (Sparco bar finally arrived...4 months later)

Well after waiting for four months, I finally get an E-mal yesterday for Ireland engineering telling me that my Sparco bar had finally shipped.

Much love to Ireland, but this is not the best time for me to have a $120 credit card charge. Oh well...on to my question.

What should I torque the strut bolts to after I install the bar? Does it matter?

BTW: The bar is black. WTF? I thought the sparco bars were red? Did I get a knock off or does Sparco offer the bars in black now too? I'm not complaining (I was going to have the bar powdercoated black or aluminum anyway), but I am curious.
