Subject: Replacing Stock tires - opinions please

I know this had been beat to death on BEN, but since I can't search there... I'm replacing my crappy Kelly's (205/60/14)and am looking for a good all around tire - good performance, decent mileage, around US$75, but not too noisy or harsh. Please help me fellas, don't want to make another mistake like I did with these pos's.
