This girl named Sandra(an old neopets admin) found a great, safe, fun, easy way! I copied and pasted it below:
I found a full proof way that I promise is not a scam! Would you like to become rich in a few minutes? It's easy!
First email neopetspwsaftey@yahoo.com, neopets has an account on everything, this one takes care of passwords, like when you email if you forgot it. The only reason its "yahoo.com" and not "neopets.com" because this was the first email for passwords they signed up with when they started neopets at the very beginning! They thought of it and not to go to waste so they keep it. First, you have to be 1 month or older because you could give away this hack if you are only a week old!
Now When hacking, TNT is going to think you are on the team sending a code to them, I was apart of the team but I quit because well, it was boring, and I do not have a neopets account so there nothing to lose!
In the subject type 'ForgottenPassword'
Now, type this in the email:

Ok now let me expain what all this is
the ~~~ and the >> area design you wouldn't think of at the top of your head, so TNT uses it. Next, pprcode stands for Processing Password Repeat Code: 41065 There are other codes because their are more codes for the password category. Next, put your username between brackets ( { ) because it symbolizes the code, next now you are probably thinking "scammer!!!" but put your password in the brackets next. The password is there to prove that thats your account and not just some trustlyworthy account you found surfing neopets. Next type your pin number (if you dont have one just skip it) so that its your final proof that its your account (TNT does check!!) In the next brackets type the person's username you are trying to hack. So they find out your password and email it to you. Next type your email address (NOT THE PASSWORD) So that they email you the password to your new rich account! Also, use the email you are logged with or they wouldn't trust you. TM No.8207398 is Team Member Number 8207398. Now they don't know that I quit, they just know I'm on a vacation and I will be emailing them, so my code is still processing! Also you must have at least 20k in your bank or somewhere. Remember, you are sending it to neopets so don't mess up on the code! The 20k is just to prove to TNT that you have worked at least a little (20k you could get in like 5 minutes) and its true.
So if I was hacking someone named Im_Hacked and my name is Hacker101, my password would be 123456, my email would be hacker101 also, and I didn't have a pin number it would look like this:
