Want free neopets paint brushes all you have to do is follow these steps.

1. Create a new account using THIS link: http://www.neopets.com/refer.phtml?username=987654e2i
2. Then sign up: choose a name with the pb you want and the number 1 in it.
3. Make a pet: A red shoyru gives you the free pb faster 4. Name it anything you want
5. Activate your account
6. Collect you free 1,000 np
7. Go to igloo garage sale, keep refreshing until you come across the pb you want for 1np
8. If this doesn't work go the the Coltzan's Shrine, Tombola, or the Fruit machine between the time your account is 24 - 50 hrs. old( you can use the age of your pet)
9. You should be given a free pb by then. It does take a few tries though( It took me 3 tries before I got my baby pb)
