Subject: Honoring Fallen Guardsmen

I think that our Final Honors page is an appropriate way to ensure the memory of guardsmen who have passed on. One other way that was discussed in the past was that when a guardsman died, a SEGA member would make a presentation of the blue beret affixed with SAC crest to that guardsman's family. In most cases, there is one of us living nearby, maybe within 100 miles or so, who could do this. I thought this was done for at least one, maybe more, but the SEGA president wasn't aware of that program. Question is...is this a current and on-going program? I'd sure be willing to travel to make this presention which might mean something to the family.
