Subject: 2002?

Beth wrote in 656, that pope John Paul II said, the Antichrist will reveal himself in the year 2002. I've never heard someone predicting the arrival of the Antichrist before. Most people rather ignore that, and say JC will return on this day... which isn't quite true. AFAIK it goes this way:
1. Jews rebuild their temple and await the Antichrist
2. Antichrist takes this temple
3. JC (finally!).

However, I had always troubles with believing on exact dates. It just makes things more confusing.

As an example, I've read, all prophecies will come true. Only then JC will return. One of the prohecies I remember (I'm not very experienced in the Bible) is, that many people will pretend to be JC, and will take *many* saved souls away.

So, what should I believe? On this certain date? The finished temple? Or lookout for people pretending to be JC? I can see the false prophet working everywhere, but nobody - except lunatic people - claimed to be Christ... yet.

Another thought: Someone told me, all Jews will return to Israel and will accept JC as their savior, else JC won't return. By now, only few do. Is this going to happen in some years? It sounds more like some generations to me.

Hmm... As I said, this is very confusing. At least, for me. :-)

I rather live this way: Be prepared, always... as

1.) I don't know the exact date/time of JC's return
2.) Don't know when I will die.
