For the past few years individuals having to take the Dot physical have noticed that it is much more involved than in the past. The doctor I saw checked my blood pressure in both arms and listened to both sides of my neck with her stethoscope. I had all of my reflexes checked and did some range of motion exercises. She checked my heart for well over a minute. It took well over twenty minutes. I passed but I did see the need to take better care of myself for the next examination.
