VoyForums Announcement: Programming and providing support for this service has been a labor of love since 1997. We are one of the few services online who values our users' privacy, and have never sold your information. We have even fought hard to defend your privacy in legal cases; however, we've done it with almost no financial support -- paying out of pocket to continue providing the service. Due to the issues imposed on us by advertisers, we also stopped hosting most ads on the forums many years ago. We hope you appreciate our efforts.

Your Payments
This table shows information about your next and most recent payments for up to 15 months. The information in each column is described below. The table only shows payments for the last 15 months. If you need information about an earlier payment, please contact your nearest Centrelink Customer Service Centre.

Date of Payment - this is the date that Centrelink sent the payment to you.
Payment - this is the type of payment you get. For more information on payments, please refer to the 'Individuals' section of the Centrelink website.
Gross Amount - this is the total amount of your payment before any deductions are taken out.
Net Amount - this is the total amount of your payment after any deductions are taken out. Your net amount will be the same as the gross amount unless you have specified to Centrelink that you wish a particular deduction to be taken from each payment.
"+" icon - when this icon is selected a drop down is displayed with the following information in relation to the selected payment:
Payment Detail - this shows the name of each part of your payment.
Amount - this shows the amount of each part of your payment. A deduction will show as a negative number.
Total - the final row shows the total, or net amount, of the payment. This is the amount that is paid to you.
Note: if you only get one type of payment, then the 'Payment' column will not be displayed.

Your Paid Parental Leave Payment
If your Paid Parental Leave payment is delivered by your employer the 'Delivery date' is the date we sent the payment to your employer. Your employer will provide your Paid Parental Leave payments in line with your usual pay cycle.

Furthermore, the 'Net amount' appears as $0.00. As we are unaware of items such as tax or other deductions that your employer may deduct from your gross payment, we are not able to provide this data. Net Pay amounts can be checked on the payslip or other advice provided to you by your employer.
