Hey, everyone - thanx 4 responding ! To answer your question, as I said before, I did in fact download the CD last week - all but the last minute of FADE TO BLACK, which was missing. I managed to find the complete song on itunes this morning for just $1.00 ! (couldn't wait!) But I am not a crook ! (LOL) I have had my real copy pre-ordered from Amazon.ca for about a month now, and I received the notification yesterday that it was shipped, so I'll have it in a week or so. This is one CD I must have all the artwork and lyrics for...bands like this that can still make records like this deserve to be supported ! Like I said before, downloading can be a good thing to use as a preview to determine whether or not they want to purchase the CD, and truthfully I had already made up my mind after hearing THE ONE THAT GOT AWAY from PLAY MPE two months ago ! That's interesting about the link, so once it gets working that will make my money spent even more worth it because I have heard ALIVE in concert and think it is a great song - however I understand what Mike said about it not quite fitting the vibe of the whole CD. That's cool. I actually have a crappy audience recorded live version of the song I downloaded from a music site - can't wait to get a legitimate version of the song.
And I'll be thinking about everyone on here when I go see them just forty minutes from my house on Dec 14 at Penns Peak in Jim Thorpe - what a great venue to see a band...just saw NIGHT RANGER there two weeks ago and it rocked !
Anyway, the whole CD is actually already available on itunes US for about $10 - so if you absolutely can't wait ! (LOL) But buy the CD for the link and bonuses - let's make this one platinum. This has been in my CD player for a week straight now, getting rotated with Ted Poley's new CD which is awesome as well !
