I read Tami's response to JRS's Juno feedback and I have to agree with her that there is something wrong with the Canadian Music Industry. When I was talking to Paul Dean last summer I had remarked how I think that SIX is a great C.D. and that is was disappointing that SIX never got the exposure that it deserved. He started to say something about the problems with recording in this country. It sounded like the band had great expectations with SIX as did I, really believing that I was going to be hearing songs like "Secrets" which is a beautiful ballad! or "Waiting for the Night", "Big Picture", "Spinning My Wheels" or even "So Much For Love" and "Tortured" on the radio. Something is wrong all right when our own country didn't recognize SIX for the excellant C.D. that it is. One would hope that the one place you would find a lot of support would be in your own country. I, for one would love to see some things changed about the way the Canadian Music Industry "supports"--or is that lack of support?! its own talent. As Tami points out, this is not the fault of the general population but the Canadian Music Industry. Nikia
