I was in the supermarket this morning, doing the grocery thing, and as I strolled the frozen food aisle I caught a familiar voice over the PA singing a familiar song ...

"The kid ... is hot tonite,
Whoa, so hot tonite ..."

Yes, my supermarket plays Loverboy. They've also played Led Zeppelin, Tom Petty, Rush and a host of others. Strangest song I've heard them play is Red Rider's "Lunatic Fringe."

I think someone who works there has the same musical tastes as me. C'mon, how often have you heard "The Kid Is Hot Tonite" in the supermarket, hmm?
