The Juno Awards are still six-seven months away and it would hardly seem like the time to bring up the Canadian Music Hall of Fame inductions for 2003 to the C.A.R.A.S. Board of Directors, but now just might the right time. I would like to urge all fans who would like to write to the Chairman of C.A.R.A.S. to show their support for inducting Loverboy into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame at the next Juno Awards, to do so. Those who want to, can e-mail Ron Reynolds-Chairman of C.A.R.A.S. at caras@juno-awards.ca. JRS made a valid point when we were discussing this last March about there being a lot of bands for the Board to review and only a few are inducted every year. Still, I feel that it doesn't hurt to keep reminding C.A.R.A.S. of the contributions that Loverboy has made to Canada and the Canadian Music Industry. (And we should keep on "reminding" C.A.R.A.S. every year--which HOPEFULLY will not be TOO many--until the guys get inducted!) Nikia
