Eric, good review. Thanks! You had asked what to do about getting the guys a deal or getting them up to the status that was theirs in the 80's. I know one thing that might and would help is radio. I believe that the old fashioned "Meet & Greet" and "shaking hands" by the band is something that can still be done. There are a lot of classic rock stations that play new stuff, too, especially when it's live from an established artist or band. Promotional tours don't make the kind of cash that concerts do, but...it wins over the radio station people. I don't care what a radio DJ says about a band if they don't like them, you get someone famous in a room with them, and they love having them in the studio. You never know who you might win over during the course of the interview or meet and greet.

I dunno...just a suggestion.
