These environmentalist who claim the earth is warming are behind a special tax levy that will make billions of dollars to those in the know, Al Gore and associates,and penalize those who fail to fall to this cult. It is similar to the Agenda 21 people who are spouting this green communities crap. They can't pass any of these restrictions on us unless they come in through the back door through city and town planning boards and slowly get regulations changed that will implement THEIR world view outlook. So basically what is happening is that the NGO's are witting policy for America, by passing our Constitution of elected members.
