The Swat teams need to be dismantled. They have proven by their track record to cause more problems than they solve. Using these SWAT teams to go after the little guys in the drug trade is an abuse of power and as in the Eurie Stamps case, a prelude to innocent murders that probably won't stop.

The Wall Street Journal had a very informative article about the SWAT teams called:
"The Rise of the Warrior Cop"

The Eurie Stamps case is in that article showing the abuses the American public are receiving at the hands of these murder machines.

Of course one wonders why this is all happening all one has to look WHO is training these police. The ADL sponsors training help for certain heads to go to Israel to get their training from the Israeli Defense forces.
Their track record with the Palestinians should tell you their track record of human rights abuses.
So Americans bring that training here and, what to you get?, Murder and mayhem.

Town Meeting needs to realize that continuing to fund these SWAT teams is really slowly talking away their own liberties and Constitutional rights. Any Police Chief that wants to get a SWAT team or continue to have one funded should be fired. Americans such as Joe Apaio or Richard Mack types should replace them.
