Very disturbing article about the Matthew Denise/Guaman case (“Guaman competent to stand trial, Nov. 6).

Apparently the hold up for this particularly disturbing case involving a hit-and-run of an American citizen by an illegal alien who we find out is capable of being in this country illegally, doing business, making money, going to the bank, and driving a truck with no problems ends up messing with the legal system and being labeled "incompetent" to stand trial. Now, of course, he gets "educated" to the legal system and now is found to be "competent" to stand trial.

If you aren't enraged then you aren't human, especially to the cost to the American citizens.

This case, as with all others that deal with Illegal aliens and their criminality and charges, should ALL be submitted to their countries of origin for payment. Let them pay for ALL the cost for having ANY illegal alien caught in the USA for ANY criminal charges.

I ask that our state reps and congress persons make laws to make this mandatory. Countries of origins must pay for all cost for all services to any illegal alien in this country.

Let's see how long they continue to send these people here on the lam of the American citizen and taxpayers.
