Subject: ESL lottery breaking the Law

The Framingham Patch, run by Susan Petroni, who as herself isn't a bad person but in complience with the liberal nutjobs that live in Framingham she continues to run articles that should be landing a few people in jail. Especially the people that run this Adult ESL Plus program. SHAME on Susan and them.

A lot of these people are in violation of the 1996 Welfare Reform Act dealing with "entitlements". But why would you care?
