Let's see where this goes. Jim sends an email to the newspaper.
Obviously the FramGov people are trying to push this under the rug. Because under rules violation Jim can no longer post on the FramGov list Visited by the Zionist Jews and other brain dead Framingjam retards, not sll but most, Jim exposes the JCHE "shill" man house scam, where will it go next?

Subject: Town coverup

I think I was getting to close to an issue in the town.
I sent a LTE a few days ago.
This should be exposed. The town as far as we can tell have not received any notification on who
is living there and if they are complying with the 40b rules.
Seems like no one wants to talk about it.

Here was an interesting post by Carolyn Levy

Local preference ruling from the ZBA decision approving the JCHE 40B
development. (How it actually played out, I can't speak to. Given that there is
such language in the document, I would think the ZBA or some other Town body
would have had to monitor it.)

"...the Applicant shall work diligently to provide 70% local preference to
Framingham residents as defined herein. Consistent with law, not less than 50%
local preference shall be given to residents subject to one or more of the
following preference criteria: (a) at least one member of the household is a
legal resident of the Town of Framingham. A person shall be eemed a resident if
that person is eligible to be registered to vote in the Town of Framingham, (b)
at least one member of the household is either a son, daughter, sibling, parent
or grandparent of a Framingham resident, or (c) a person employed by the Town
of Framingham for at least two years within the previous five years. The
Applicant and the Town of Framingham or its designee, shall make a diligent
effort to locate eligible renters who meet the above qualifications as well as
the applicable income requirements."

Subject: Shillman House and 40BIt's been brought to my attention that the Shillman House up on Edgell Rd
was a 40b project and with that being the case they had to abide by
strict rules that complied with 40b regulations on to who would be living in the building.
The project was supposed to house 70% of those from Framingham.
I would like to know if this has been done. Can we see those numbers as this is public information.

I think that this project should be thoroughly investigated by the town for what I perceive
is what appears to be a cover up. So far no one from the town has said a word about it
as it was talked about on the town Framgov list. I find that a little disconcerting.
To think that they even had 70% of the people living there from Framingham is a
bit of a stretch I would think.
My take is there are probably only a handful.
No matter what, this project should be investigated.
And to say that "they are Framingham residents now" would be like saying to
former bank robbers they are not robbing banks now, but have gone legit. That
statement doesn't give me a warm fuzzy feeling. Sorry that doesn't sit well
with me.
Time to get the facts from the town on what's going on there at the Shillman
House. Are the majority of the people living there originally from Framingham?
