Our town has some issues that are being hidden becaue as Frederic Bastiat said:

"When Plunder becomes a way of life for a group of people living together in a society, they create for themselves in the course of time, a legal system that authorizes it and a moral code that glorifies it"

One of Framinghams "legal system" has to do with how the town views illegal immigration. In short, it has done a terible job. One of the reasons Illegal immigration has been a problem is it is being protected by the Jewish Social Services, the Catholic Church and liberal protestant save the world nutjobs.

So as you can see we have a huge fight on our hands. Our group CCFIILE, Concerned Citizens and Friends of Illegal Immigration Law Enforcement has been fighting this issue since its founding in Nov, 2003. One big issue that is being debated dealt with a program called Adilt ESL Plus. This program provides English services to the immigrant community and it gets its funds through raising monies and through the Town of Framingham Community Development Department. The ESL program is a SCAM using a legit program to overwhelm its services by a particular group of immigrants, the Brazilians who saw a freebie and took it all the way. The program is supposed to check the status of its participants through an "EXPLICIT" check, but we know this is a joke. The "legal system" that works here is "wink wink". So one ray of hope happened at our town meeting where finally wise and brave souls realized the unfairness of the ESL program in giving placements to Illegal immigrants first. A resolution was made to ask on the forms that the applicants now sign UNDER PERJURY as to the truthfullness of their signature. This will be a big help to weed out the liars, hopefully. The program should be dissolved and done over by people that don't think like Brazilians but by Americans who want rule of Law.
