You are making a big thing out of nothing. Most people could care less what I post somewhere else.
YOU are throwing gasoline on the fire here. Leave it alone. My comments will and have ALWAYS been civil. I promised that and I will keep that promise.

Last point, very critical:

On our cable show we uses what is called "Fair Use"
we can use COPYRIGHTED material for educational COMMENTARY. That is the LAW.
As long as we make critical commentary pertinent to the issue.

I have no problem with you rules for a disclaimer, how about letting me use it?

Also the rules for FCC postings state this about CONTENT of a TV production: PLEASE consider this material below because YOU are coming very close to violating our rights as Americans to free speech.

" Criticism, Ridicule, and Humor Concerning Individuals, Groups, and Institutions. The First Amendment's guarantee of freedom of speech similarly protects programming that stereotypes or may otherwise offend people with regard to their religion, race, national background, gender, or other characteristics. It also protects broadcasts that criticize or ridicule established customs and institutions, including the government and its officials. The Commission recognizes that, under our Constitution, people must be free to say things that the majority may abhor, not only what most people may find tolerable or congenial."

#2. The post has no relevance at all to Town Government issues.

Further violations of either of these two directives or any other directive
about which you have been given an informal warning will result in your 3rd
formal warning and a 6-month suspension, (assuming, of course, that you remove
the copyrighted material from voy so that your posting privileges are
reinstated.
