I always self-administer because my husband is so ambivalent Towards enemas. I would say it happens every fourth or sixth session on average. At this stage of my life that puts it about once per year.

My first enema orgasm was also my first truly self-administered, self-mixed enema. I was 12. My most intense one was the day after my now-husband first started talking about marriage.
