Didn't give it to him but I did "walk my husband through self administering an Epsom Salt and soapsuds enema in the knee-chest position!

In the room with him I just stepped bhim through and coached him to success.


We still do a yearly digestive system cleanse together, but that is only oral meds except one Fleet enema to start out

Now this year for the first time the twins are teenagers so ther is an appropriate dosr for them as well.
