Did you and Sue ever exchange enemas at a later age? It would seem a natural progression given the acceptability of enemas at the time along with your excitement at watching Sue actually being given her enemas. How did she feel about being given enemas? At 6 years old, she may have wanted you there for support more so than any shared sense of excitement, although I have to say that if it were me at at that age, I'd rather have a friend closer to my own age give me the enemas than some older adult for whom the whole procedure was little more than perfunctory.

I did not receive or give my first enema until I was 28, so I missed the innocence and shared adventure of children exploring such an intimate activity. These days - amongst many/most younger folks (especially guys) who never grew up with enemas, the topic of constipation and a remedy such as an enema would be completely taboo.
