I definitely prefer giving an enema. I was introduced to enemas just last year by a friend of mine. I'm almost 30, she's 41. Somehow, during the process of her talking me through the process of giving her an enema (she lost a bet over a football game), I found the anticipation of watching her step out of her jeans, kneel down and bare her cheeks to be an incredibly erotic moment. I'd never seen anyone's anus up close before, much less inserted anything as seemingly large as the 6" long plastic douche nozzle that came with her enema kit.

No doubt, it helps that she's in great shape with a very shapely little bottom that frames her rear opening exquisitely well. But most of all, I got off on the pleasure she had to be feeling as I carefully guided that big nozzle ever deeper up into her. Later, opening the plastic stopper and allowing the bag full of water to flow down into her was also a big turn on, but not as big as the actual insertion.

Since that first time last year, we've had occasion to get together for enemas a few more times and we've discovered the pleasure of colon tubes. We found a 20" long, 1" wide silicone tube, and even though I prefer to give than receive, the feeling of that big pliable nozzle inching up through the sigmoid colon and on into the descending colon is truly special. Since we've discovered the pleasures of the colon tube, it seems almost prehistoric that some people grew up using a bulb or that hard little 3" nozzle that comes with most enema kits.
