My guess with regard to people taking large enemas is that they enjoy the sensation of getting so full.

As a relative newcomer to the enema scene, I've never taken more than an entire bag, like the red rubber ones you buy in drugstores. That seems like more than enough water inside me for my tastes.

What I've really come to enjoy more is being given an enema with a colon tube. My lady friend who introduced me to enemas also has a silicone colon tube. It's about 20" long and an inch wide. I LOVE the feeling of taking an enema using that tube, especially once it's being pushed up beyond the top of my rectum and deeper on into my colon. It's an amazing feeling!

Anyway, I only mention this because I really do think taking large enemas or inserting big colon tubes is all about the sensation - and very pleasurable sensation at that.
