First round I mix 4 tbsp Castle soap in 2 qts of warm water. I use balloon catheter to hold the enema for 20 minutes.
Then I take 4 Dulcolax tablets orally and drink 2 qts of water.

Then I mix 2 tsp of salt per qt. I fill the enema bag with 3 ate of solution. Then attack a colon tube lubricated with KY.
I repeat the procedure if necessary.
