Born in 1947, so I am 1950s child. Things were so different then. Modesty wasn't a thing given to children. Girls pre puberty often didn't have a top for their swimsuits. Boys swam naked. (all though it was all males at least) My buddy's mom gave enemas every Saturday morning to all her kids. The bathroom door was always open. You could watch but usually cartoons were more interesting. Except one girl always gave mom trouble, and we always wanted to see her get the strap. My mom at least wasn't an every week type, just as needed.
