Comedidamente solicito información sobre ¿Cuál es la norma que obliga a que los vidrios polarizados de los vehículos estén rotulados o marcados sobre los mismos con el porcentaje de polarización? Ya que ni la Ley 769 de 6 de agosto de 2002, ni la Resolución 003777 de 17 de Junio DE 2003, ni la ley 1383 de 16 de marzo de 2010, hablan de ello y me acaban de poner un comparendo, a pesar de tener la certificación escrita de que el polarizado de mi vehículo está dentro de lo reglamentario "para lo cual no se necesita ningún permiso".
