 I HAVE AN OLD COUSIN WHO IS BEEN IN NIGERIA SINCE 1992/93, SHE HAS AN AMERICAN PAASPORT WHICH GOT EXPIRED IN 2003, SHE IS NOT FELLING WELL, I SUGGESTED SHE SHOULD GO BACK TO AMERICAN. PLS ADVICE ON HOW I CAN HELP HER TO RENEW HER PAASPORT.
