Bronze form shimmered upon the horizon, ivory pinions blinding in the rays of the sun. The large figure moved with grace and strength, the beat of his wings matching the beat of his heart. Closer and closer he glided, into a terra he remembered from long ago. He supposed the only real question now was who here would remember him? A soft smile played at his lips as that thought played in his mind. There was most likely only one here who might recognized him for whom he was. Brute tucked his wings to his sides, diving towards the earth at a break-neck speed. But he was far too talented with his wings, far too experienced in the air to fall to his doom. At the very last moment, the male's huge wings flared out and guided him to set his silver taloned feet upon the sand earth. Regal dial was lifted so that ebon pools could gaze about the terra in search of the single one he came here for. He spotted the sable brute, the one that helped to give him life. It had been far too long...
