Although stirred by his words, the panther of darkness remains rooted to the spot as if the very sands were binding her to the terra of her hatching. This was home, it would always be her home. How could she leave this place? But, Rebellion was right, even though she was born and raised in these very dunes, she was no longer a child and KNEW she didn't belong. On the other hand, she was kind of her own race altogether, she didn't really belong any where. I will return, perhaps sooner, perhaps later. But you're right Rebellion, I have to leave. Tell Rage I don't know when I'll be coming back, but he can find me in the lights should I chose to stay. Good bye my friend...for now. Though she had no clue what was to come next in her life, she knew she would come back again...if not for good at least to visit. Now, great wings of ebon' flare, caressing the lovely desert thermals that embraced her full span. As if urging her on, he winds seem to pick up, flinging the beauty into the air once again and off toward the land that rejected her many times before.
