Subject: James W. Adams

I recently found the will of Lawrence M. Adams of Elbert County. It is in Will Book B, pages 338-339, and is dated August 2,1873. In this will one of his heirs is James W. Adams. I am looking for the parents and/or sibling of James W. Adams who was born in Ga. in 1830 and married Fraces Ann Crawford in 1849 in Elbert County Ga. How can I prove that the James W. Adams mentioned in the will and the James W Adams I am looking for are the same person. I know that Lawrence married Nancy Hunt on 11-14-1826. It appears to me that Lawrence and Nancy are possibly the parents I am trying to find. Any help will be appreciated.
