Ms. Price - I have seen some of your Bashaw postings elsewhere, and hope to get in touch. I’d like to learn more about the connection between Peter Bashaw of early Virginia and Giles Bashaw of Maryland.
According to my family research, William Collins (1734 - ca. Feb. 29, 1792) and Elizabeth Bashaw (1737 - bef. 1791) are my 4-greats grandparents. Both die in the Lancaster - Kershaw county area of South Carolina. William Collins is a son of Joseph Collins and Susanna Lewis of Spotsylvania Co., Va., and Elizabeth Bashaw is a daughter of Peter Bashaw and Mary Warner of Westmoreland Co., Va.
