Subject: The Grizzly Report 12172015

Hi Everybody:

It is time for another award winning Grizzly Report, by the award winning author, me, Grizzly.

Well, we had another exciting week at my house. Last Saturday Dad and I went to the drive thru at the bank. I like going to the drive thru at the bank because they always give me a treat. Dad puts some papers in this tube and places it in a machine, when the tube comes back there are different papers and a doggie treat inside. The lady at the bank always tell Dad how cute I am and asks if it is okay to give me a treat, and Dad always says yes. I always gobble my treat up right away.

After going to the bank, Dad and I drove over to his friend’s – Stan -house to help him with a project. Stan and Dad are in the same car club and we were helping him bring home a vehicle he bought. Stan was paying for the gas and Dad was going to use our F-150 to pull it home for him. First we had to stop at another guy’s house and got his car hauler trailer. Once everything was hooked up we took off for a 65 mile drive to pick up a 1954 Ford half ton pick-up. About an hour later we drove into this farm yard and quickly winched the old truck on the trailer. After we chained the old truck to the trailer we left for home. Back in town, we dropped the old truck off at Stan’s shop, and then lots of other car club guys stopped by to see what we brought home. These guys gave the old truck a thorough inspection, looking under the hood, inside, under the truck and all over. Everyone liked the old truck; Stan plans to make a street out of it.

Sunday Dad and I went over to our shop building and I hung out while Dad did some cleaning and spent time making sure our old cars are put away for winter. I had fun just playing around.

Mom has been busy making more cookies and freezing them until Christmas. When Books lived at home, he would always raid the cookie containers in the deep freeze and we would eat them after we microwaved them. Mom put together a big Tupperware container of cookies she plans to take to work tomorrow a share with her co-worker. If she left them at home, I would be happy to eat them.

Tuesday morning I was running a couple or errands with Dad before he went to work. We stopped at the grocery store and he came carrying a meat and cheese platter. He put the meat and cheese platter in the back seat and wouldn’t let me eat it. He kept saying “Grizzly no.” You wouldn’t believe how many times he could say no. Later he took the food to the office for an open house – I didn’t get invited.

Wednesday 8 inches of snow fell at pour house. Wednesday evening I helped dad snow blow our driveway and sidewalks clear of snow.

I am getting all excited; the boys are coming home for Christmas. Brooks will be here Friday and Tanner Saturday, I can’t wait.

Sunday Dad and I watched the New England Patriots and Tom Brady play football, I was rooting for NE.

Good luck to all sports players and those taking finals.
