Hi Everyone:

It is time for another award winning edition of the Grizzly Report, by me: Grizzly.

We at the Grizzly Report hope every one of our royal readers had a blessed and Merry Christmas. At our house, we had a great time.

Things at our house began to pick up when the boys came home from college. First Brooks came home and then the next day Tanner came. I was so happy to see each of them. I gave each of them the grand welcome. I jumped up on them, gave them doggie and followed them around the house. I took turns sleeping in each of their rooms. Later Kala came over and I gave her the royal welcome, too. I think she was so happy to see me again, I know she must have just missed me.

Monday evening my old friends Trent, Jonah and Damon came over and Brooks and I hung out with them in our family. It was like the old days before they all went to college, I miss those days. It was so fun having the house full of kids again. I think Mom and Dad enjoyed the house being full too.

Early Christmas morning I visited with my old friend Santa Claus when he visited our house. We had a brief but enjoyable visit, I knew he had a lot of stops to make and I didn’t want to detain him long. He said it seemed strange that Brady’s stocking was not here anymore, but at his new home. Santa said he enjoyed the challenge avoiding being caught by a Brady. He said kids keep trying to see him, but they never, ever catch him. He also, he knew one of my readers, Mark – a.k.a. Mark the Athlete – was going to try to get a picture of him, but Santa said Mark would fail. He did say Mark is a great young man, he likes him a lot, but he just can’t take a picture of him. LOL.

Christmas Day, Mom and Dad cooked a huge feast and we had a great meal with family. We had two meats, both turkey and ham, mashed potatoes with gravy, lettuce salad, Vienna sausage stuffing, green bean casserole, fresh bread, pickles, olives, and maybe more. For dessert there was apple pie with ice cream. We stuffed ourselves. The best part was the ham had a bone in it and it was all mine, nobody else wanted it. I couldn’t believe how lucky I was and nobody wanted the bone.

Santa left me some doggie treats and chew toys in my stocking, he was good to me. Hallie gave me a bag of chicken jerky dog treats. Mom bought some beef flavored treats for Hallie and we took them over to her house.

Last Tuesday we had about 10 inches of new snow to add to the 10 inches we had. When the boys were cleaning the driveways and walks, I was outside helping. Hallie came over and we chased around in the new snow, we had fun. I always have a great time when Hallie comes to play.

That is probably all for now. This will be my last edition of the Grizzly Report in 2015, I will see everybody in 2016.
