Subject: Grizzly Report 01-17-2017

Hi Everybody:

It is time for another award winning edition of the Grizzly Report by me, Grizzly.

First, today, I want to touch on another post on this forum. Mark reported how his Guardian Angle helped him through a very bad situation and kept him from getting hurt or worse. We at the Grizzly report are so happy Mark is safe. We hope his truck makes a quick recovery.

We want to wish Brady a Happy Birthday. We hope he has great day.

Last Saturday Kala went to a bridal show so Tanner and I drove over to Brady and Amber's house to watch the game. As I am sure many of you know, Tom Brady lead his Patriots to a win and the AFC title game this coming Sunday. Way to go Brady. - that is Tom Brady.

During the game, Amber made us a big plate of nachos. They were good, thanks Amber.

Monday Mom and Tanner didn't have school and stayed home with me. The markets were closed so Dad didn't stay downtown too long today. He mostly went downtown to have coffee with his friends. I am not sure why they like meeting for coffee each day, but they do.

After another week of bad weather last week, we are finally getting a break. Last week we got six more inches of snow, and then later very cold subzero temps. Lows were near 20 below a couple of nights and the wind made the temps feel like 45 to 50 degrees below zero. We have had 61 inches of snow so far this winter. This week we have had no snow and the temps are in the thirties above zero.

With all the snow in the backyard, and covering the Dog Park there is no way to play in them. So I have been taking Mom, Dad, Tanner and Kala for walks on the streets. We find a nice quit street and go for a walk. There is just too much snow to play in the backyard.

I have helped Tanner and Dad blow snow in our yard and spread Ice Melt on our sidewalks to keep them from being slippery.

I do enjoy our gas fireplace on cold days. It is just fun to be in the Family Room enjoying the warmth.

We have taken most of our Christmas decorations down and put them away. The sheep with the stupid looking face is back in the attic over our garage. I wonder what they do up there all summer long. All the neat pretty lights have been taken down. During the winter, Mom replaces some of the pictures in our house with those having winter sceenes, they are still up and will be until Easter or so.

I hope everyone finds time to watch some football this weekend, I hope the Pats beat the Steelers. I don't like what the Steelers' coach called the Pats.

I am glad to see the sports teams keep winning, and if they loose they bounce back quickly.

Have a good week.
