Hey Big Brother Brady,

I have been 'thanking my lucky stars' everyday since this
happened. I'm glad I was not seriously injured or killed.

I forgot to mention, this is not the first time I've had a serious accident involving my truck!

You will remember when I was in high school that I was taking Holly home after we went for a drive. A deer ran
out in front of us, hit my truck and caused us to go into
a ditch. I was able to keep the truck from rolling over
and preventing serious injury to Holly and myself, and
the truck was damaged on the front, etc. The truck was
still owned by my dad and the insurance company fixed it up to look like new. Christmas that year my parents gave me
the truck for one of my Christmas gifts, and my dad was
given a new truck by my Mom and grandparents.

So this recent accident to the truck and with me driving it a second time makes me kind of nervous. People say, 'three
strikes and your out!' Does this mean I have one more accident to go and my life will be over with? I'm not laughing when I say this. It upsets Holly, too, to think
this and hear this. I know I will go to heaven when I die,
but I sure would like to live awhile longer here on earth.

So, yeah I "thank my lucky stars" and God for continuing
to let me live however long I got.
