Subject: Awesome Weekend

I just want to let everyone know we had an awesome weekend at the Threshing and Antique show last week.

Kaylee, Cassidy, Brooks,and Allison rode out to our ranch with me. My truck was kind of full, but had a great time.

Reggie was sure glad to see me, he followed me around while I was at home. He was one happy little puppy. Reg wasn't sure what to think of Brooks and Grizzly sleeping in my bedroom. After a while he curled up to Brooks and slept by him - Grizzly on one side and Reggie on the other.

Friday evening Kaylee, Brooks, Allison and I went to the football game and watched Connor play ball. We had a good time. I talked to my old coach and some old friends. I also visited with a couple of my old teachers, even my old Principal seemed happy to see me. He hoped I was staying out of trouble.

Saturday morning Grandpa and I took two of the old tractors to the tractor trek. It was fun driving from the implement to Threshing grounds. After a quick lunch we participated in the parade, Kaylee rode with me in the parade and on the tractor trek. Brooks and Allison rode on Mr. Salveen's old Model T truck.

After the parade Brooks and I took our turn pitching hay into one of threshing machines. Brooks even brought gloves, he learned to wear gloves working at the home improvement center. We also spent time attending the other events. Your are right no one likes blisters, but blisters on the hand are better than blisters on the butt.

Saturday night Kaylee, Brooks, Allison and I attended the dance at the grounds, we had a good time dancing and visiting with people.

Sunday we participated in the parade again, and about 3:00 we left and began the drive back to college, classes Monday morning.

Everyone had a great time, I love this show.

Yesterday Brooks and my IM football rolled to another victory, winning 28-0. The other team never got their act together, we controlled the game from the start.

I ran the ball for 85 yards and scored one TD. Brooks had 120 yards receiving and scored one TD. Yeah us.

We are now 3-0.
