Hey Grizzly,
How ya doing Big Fella? Great as usual to have you
publish another GREAT AWARD WINNING GRIZZLY REPORT!

Grizzly is does sound like you and everyone in your
Family did have a great Thanksgiving celebration,
great food and family around to enjoy the holiday.

So did we Grizzly and anyone else reading this, too!
Each of us had a great Thanksgiving, spending it with
family, girlfriends and friends over the holiday. We
had some great homecooking that is for sure from roast
turkey with all the trimmings to some great baked pies,
rolls, etc.

Grizzly how did two kinds of dressing come about being
served? Not that they wouldn't be welcomed? What kinds
did you have? The flavored dressings that were ate at the
different Thanksgiving dinners we had were: traditional,
sage, cornbread, cranberry and herb dressing.

We didn't see squash as a dish among your menu listings,
but that doesn't mean that it wasn't served, like it was
at each of our Thanksgiving dinners.

Each of us raided our fridg later on to make turkey sandwiches, chips, dip, pickles and to eat more slices of
pies!

The apples supplied for your Thanksgiving apple pies came
from Hallie? That was nice that she and her folks shared
some apples so the pies could be real homemade apple pies!
Yummy! When it came time for pie eating at our dinners
there was the obtion of whipped cream or ice cream or both
to enjoy on top of the pie. How about at your house Grizzly and others reading this?

We watched and couldn't believe the Vikings lost to Detroit, too. It seems from the TV broadcast and newspaper
accounts we've read on the Detroit Lions that somehow they
are having a season of "luck" that usually they don't have other years. Yeah, hard to believe Detroit has the Division Lead but, give them a game or two and they will chock like
other years and a more promising team will become Division
leader.

Great that Jonah could come over to see Brooks and everyone else, including Tanner because with Tanner being a basketball coach Jonah probably was asking Tanner for some
advice about playing basketball, besides what hs is learning from his college coach, because Jonah this year
if you didn't see his basketball post is back point guard
to the senior on his team and Jonah subs for him when he
needs a rest during game playing and Jonah is playing great, scoring some important points, etc. to help his team
win games. We are anxiously waiting to hear from Tanner to report how his 8th grade basketball team has been doing.

Speaking of basketball season, we start our college basketball season play this week. Friday night there will be Meet the Team Midnite Madness Night, and fun meeting fans, playing scrimmage basketball games; and on Saturday
we get down to playing non-league games to start our season off! Our girlfriends will be on the cheer team for hoops again this year!

That was nice of you Grizzly to allow Brooks to stay in
your bedroom to sleep while he was home from college.
Did you let him share your bed or did he have to sleep
in a sleeping bag on the floor?

Brooks got to take back to college a big tupperware of
cookies? Did he share a few with you before leaving?
Us guys not only got cookies to take back with us to
college but pies, too!

Brooks is changing, maturing according to your Mom and
Dad? That is really COOL and we would be interested to
know what your Mom and Dad's thoughts were on saying
this? We don't doubt their statements but, wonder what
brought this kind of talk up for what reason?

Grizzly it sounds like your home is really ready to celebrate Christmas with your Nativity Scene outside
and lights displayed turned on, etc. We each have the
same kind of Christmas home outside like you have, and
our grandparents do too, which while we were home we
helped decorate our homes, our grandparents' homes, too!
There was time to put up Christmas Trees, Santa scenes
inside and outside!

WHOW! You have snow at your place already? So far, we just
been having sunny days sometimes and last couple of days
some light rain showers. Be kind of neat to have snow but,
that would mean colder temperatures and not sure if we are
ready for that. Guess with snow, everyone at your house
might be thinking getting the snowmobiles out?

Your elderly neighbor lady is a Sweetheart there Grizzly.
We know about her former babysitting the kids at your
house, and during the summertime months Brooks will mow
her lawn, and eat cookies and drink lemonade she gives him.
That's great your dad, Tanner and Brooks when he is home
can snowblow her drive out for her. We know how she really
appreciates that!

Grizzly you and Hallie have been playing in the snow
together? That sounds like fun! Have you two tried to
make snow angels on the ground? They are fun to make,
but you have to make sure you have warm clothes on.
(Mark): Yeah, I have to be particularly careful because if I don't dress warm outside in winter I get Cold Butt
Syndrome (CBS) and I sure don't want that to happen alot!

Hey Grizzly, we were just thinking we know you can't be inside your neighbor lady's home to help guard it like
your house, but you can check on her once in awhile or
watch for footprints in the snow that might be "trouble"
if you know what we mean, etc.?

Grizzly and others ready this, do you have a favorite
professional basketball team you like to follow during
the wintertime months?

Speaking of football, a friend of ours likes to follow the Green Bay Packers, even though he doesn't live near them or
never seen them play at all in his lifetime. They are not
having a great season like they usually do beating teams,
etc. Guess teams can't be winners all of the time!

With all the snow you have now, is the dog park closed now for winter? We mentioned weather has been good some of the time here where we love at, and people are still going to a couple of golf courses to pay scrambles or regualer games.
Were people still golfing before the snow came in your area?
We know Brady loves to play, and Tanner too, but Tanner is
busy coaching basketball and got into football last few months, etc.

Guess that is all for now. We are still enjoying our
co-championship in conference football we won last
Saturday. People are really happy for us talking here
and back home.

Enjoy the Holiday Season now Grizzly and anyone else reading this. Hard to believe today is the first day
of December and less then a month a New Year will begin!

Later...enjoy your snow!
