Subject: We Had a Great College Basketball Camp, 7-24 to 30

We are back!!

We had a great time attending our College Basketball Camp
that was held July 24- 30, 2016.

We arrived at camp on Sunday, July 24 and got settled and
later on everyone attending met to introduce themselves
to each other. Some of us attending knew others attending
from previous years or were meeting them for the first
time. Some of us played against each other in high school
basketball, meeting during different tournament play of
games.

We had a great buffet supper on Sunday night, and on next
morning Monday, July 25 each player got down to business
in small groups reviewing the fundamentals of basketball,
working on drills in practice, and later on same day
played in small scrimmage games. We, also, looked at films
of games, different players playing their game, and review
of game rules and more.

Throughout the week it was much the same each day. We, also,
worked on our shooting of baskets and had little contests
to see who could score the most points of play on that day.

Of interest each of us worked on our 3-points basket
shooting, and combining and adding up individually
those we shot in on Saturday, July 30 when everyone
played a two-team "End of Camp" basketball game the
following resulted:

Mark shot 20 3-points baskets for the week.
Drew shot 14 3-points baskets for the week.
Jake shot 12 3-points baskets for the week.
Sean shot 10 3-points baskets for the week.
Cody shot 9 3-points bsakets for the week.
Hunter shot 8 3-points baskets for the week.

The Camp served some great food, too. (Mark: I'll
say they did). (Drew: Geeze!) (Jake, Sean, Cody
and Hunter: Yeah, the food was great, and such a
good variety.

It was awesome at the end of the week to play
a two-team game for our parents and others attending
to see what we learned and can use when we play our own
college season games for the 2016-17 season.

Each of us got to play on the same team together, and
our team won the game!

We missed everyone in the forum while we were away,
and are glad we are back! Now we can get ready and
look forward to our College Football Season 2016 to
start soon!
