Hi Everyone:

It is time for another award winning edition of the Grizzly Report, by me, Grizzly.

This is Happy Grizzly 7 edition of the Grizzly Report; tomorrow will be seven years since I moved in with my family. It has been a busy seven years, but I have enjoyed every minute of it, except maybe for the bath times. Sometimes Mom insists I am dirty and need a bath, but I feel I look just fine. It is more fun to swim in the lake, stock ponds or run in the sprinkler than take a bath.

I guard the house when the family is away, I entertain and play with my family when they are home, and I help them eat our food.

Tomorrow, my birthday, will be a quite day at home. Mom and Dad have work, and I will stay home.

Friday we have a busy day planned. Mom, Dad and I are driving to the ranch in the morning to visit family and attend Tanner’s graduation on Saturday. Tanner and my girlfriend Kala will graduate from college on Saturday April 30th. Mom and Dad will be attending the graduation ceremony and I will be staying at the ranch. I will be spending time playing with Lady and Abbey; more cute girls to visit with. These two farm/ranch dogs are always just so excited to see the big hunk male dog from the city. I am not sure what a graduation ceremony is, but I don’t understand why dogs can’t come.

Brady and Amber, and Zack, Jenny and Nick will be coming to the graduation ceremony too. Cassie, Ben and Sarah are coming too.

I know Mom and Dad are planning a special party for Tanner and Kala when they get home. I don’t know the details yet, but I will report when I do.

I understand Brooks and Wyatt will be coming to the ranch for the weekend and to attend the ceremony. I can’t wait to see them. In a couple of more weeks, Brooks will be dome with college for this year and will be moving back home too. I will soon have a busy house again. I hope Tanner brings Kala over to visit with me and pet me.

Last Saturday I helped Mom and Dad get the garden ready for spring planting. Dad and I drove out to the landfill and picked up a load of compost, brought it home a spread it on the garden and some flower beds. Then we got the tiller from the shop and tilled the compost into the soil. I just don’t understand, most people say the landfill smells, stinks, but I thought it smelled pretty good. I will soon be helping Mom plant the garden and put flowers in the flower beds.

We don’t plant any flowers until we know it won’t freeze at night.

Last Friday Tanner came home, he brought a load of his and Kala’s belongings home. He always brought things home with him each spring, but since he is graduating this year, he won’t leave anything at college over the summer. When he arrived home, I gave him the royal welcome home treatment with plenty of doggies kisses – I was happy to see him. I also was very happy to see Kala, I gave her the royal welcome too.

I want to thanks my friends Drew, Mark, Sean Jake, Hunter and Cody for the wonderful birthday wish they posted on another thread, THANK GUYS - IT MADE MY DAY.

I hope everyone has wonderful week and weekend.
