Subject: He Was Only 13 Years Old

It is good to come here to 'visit' in the forum after a
much trying and sad week for us.

A close-friend of ours who follows and 'cheers' our
college basketball team on each week had a Cousin
of his pass away, untimely and shocking that has
brought us and our friend closer together.

He was only a 13 year old teenage boy!

During a recent storm that had high winds that passed
through the area where our friends' cousin was living
at, while his cousin stayed in the car while his Mom went into the supermarket to purchase some meat, a large tree was uprooted and crashed down on top of the car killing the 13 year old teenage boy inside instantly!

It's like a nightmare! It's unbelievable! It's Shocking!!

Why did this have to happen? Why did the young boy have
to die at a young age? He had a full life ahead of
him to live! The boy and his family are Christians.

Why did God allow this to tragic event to happen? Why didn't God prevent this from happening? What purpose is there that this 13 year old boy had to die?

Many questions. Many of them asked and unanswered
at the funeral. Will they be answered soon or later
someday? God only knows!

Hearing the news of and about the untimely death of the
13 year old teenage boy has made his family and Us feel
NUMB!! Has made everyone feel Angry! Has everyone asking,
'Why did this have to happen?'

We have been praying for answers. We have been praying
for our friend and his cousins' family.

We would appreciate it if you are reading this that maybe
you could say an extra prayer of sympathy for our friend and his cousins' family to try to help get everyone through
this difficult time. We are trying to sort and look for
answers. We would appreciate your prayers, too!
