Subject: The Grizzly Report

Hello Everyone:

It is time for another award winning edition of the Grizzly report, by me: Grizzly.

We had a three day weekend for President’s Day and Brooks came home for the three day weekend, I was so glad to see him. When he came in the house I jumped all over him, licked him, gave him doggie kisses, and gave him the royal “welcome home” treatment. I know he was sure glad to see me. Each night we were home he slept in my bedroom.

Brooks and I spent a lot of time together, going for walks, playing in the house, helping Dad shovel some snow and eating snacks. We had so much fun together, then he had to leave me and go back to college. Mom gave him a container full of cookies and brownies to take with him, he only shared two cookies with me. He does remember to bring the empty containers home again, I guess so will fill them again.

Saturday night we has steak for dinner with baked potatoes, salad, corn and dessert. I got a bone and some meat scraps, were they ever good. Brooks likes steak so I am sure Mom made it special for him. Do any of readers Mom’s make their favorite food when they come home from college?

I also got to see my friend Allison and her family, I glad to see them too. Trent was home too, and it was good to see him.

On the weekend before Tanner’s basketball team was playing near here, so Mom and Dad went to his game – I had to stay home. On Saturday night they played about 45 miles from our house and Brooks came for the game, he spent Saturday night at our house. It was great seeing him and I gave him the royal home treatment. I was able to see Brooks twice, but on the first weekend he only stayed Saturday night and Sunday, he did take cookies back to college with him.

Some final thoughts on the Super Bowl. I was really disappointed Denver won the game, but I was really upset with Cam Newton’s performance during the post-game press conference. My Mom and Dad would never tolerated our boys acting so poorly. Nobody likes to loose, but being a poor sport is uncalled for.

The Grizzly Report would like to wish Tanner a very Happy Birthday tomorrow, he will be 22 years old.

The Grizzly Report would also like to send a great big Birthday Day wish to my loyal reader Mark on Friday, We wish him the best and hope he has a great celebration.

Not much else has been happening at our house, so I will close now. We are waiting for spring to come. I can’t wait for the first BBQ on our deck, it will be good.
